Community Homeless Solutions Launches Three New Programs

This Summer marked an exciting milestone for Community Homeless Solutions with the launch of three new programs: Triple H: Housing, Health, Humanity; Family First; and Monterey Rehousing and Supportive Services.

Triple H is an agency-wide program providing Community Support Services and Enhanced Care Management to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Monterey and San Benito Counties.

Family First provides supportive services to families experiencing homelessness in Monterey County, with a focus on helping families secure and maintain permanent housing.

Monterey Rehousing and Supportive Services provides supportive services designed to help individuals and families make stable transitions to permanent housing while supporting recovery from trauma and displacement in Monterey County.

We are proud to expand our services and strengthen our ability to meet the evolving needs of individuals and families in our community. Together, these programs allow us to connect people with the resources and support the need to create lasting pathways to housing, stability, and independence.
